Stationary Bike Workout

Hey everyone.  For those of you who do not have access to a treadmill, here is a good workout for the stationary bike. 

Time Intensity/Speed Resistance


Warm-up for 5 min. with little to no resistance

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

1 min 100-110 RPM/ 6-8

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

1 min 100-110 RPM/ 6-8

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

1 min 100-110 RPM/ 6-8

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

1 min 100-110 RPM/ 6-8 

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

1 min 70-80 RPM/ 5

Cool down for 5minutes little to no resistance
